I Don’t Preach It. I Practice It

Life is full, but you can still build strength and consistency.

THIS IS MY LIFE

My name is Rusty Miller, and fitness has been an essential part of my life from the start. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching clients of all ages, from 7-year-olds to professional athletes, helping each one discover what they’re capable of.

My Fitness Journey

I’ve always believed in leading by example. In high school, I was a state champion powerlifter, and since then I’ve competed in bodybuilding, regional lifting meets, and even completed a full marathon. My passion for training comes from the same drive I ask of my clients: challenge yourself, set big goals, and keep moving forward.

Beyond the Gym

Outside of training, I’m a proud husband and dad. My wife and I welcomed twin girls in 2023 and our son in 2024. Life has been busy, but it’s also been rewarding. When I’m not coaching or spending time with my family, you’ll usually find me cheering on the Saints, Steelers, or LSU Tigers, hunting, or enjoying time with friends.

What I Believe

Fitness isn’t one size fits all. Whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, gain strength, run a marathon, or simply feel better in your everyday life, I’ll help you find a path that works. I don’t just preach it. I practice it every single day.
